BIS認證
印度重工業部發布、印度標準局（BIS）實施的《機械和電氣設備安全（綜合技術法規）令，2024 年》將於 2025 年 8 月 28 日起生效，涵蓋工具機、液體輸送泵、壓縮機、起重機、旋轉馬達、變壓器、開關設備等機械和電氣設備。根據該令，根據 2016 年《印度標準局法》第 16 條製造的機械或電氣設備及其組件、子組件或部件無需進行合格評定。此外，由公路運輸和公路部（MoRTH）頒布的 1989 年 CMVR 規則下的建築設備「方案 X」是專為需要嚴格技術和安全標準的產品而設計的特殊合格評定框架。

- 收集與撰寫文件
- 提交申請並繳交申請費
- BIS 申請備案
- 審查申請並回應 BIS 提出的任何疑問
- 確認來台的BIS officer.並向 BIS 付款
- 來台查廠準備（簽證、飛機票、住宿安排等）
- 工廠審核或樣本送往印度進行測試
- 在 BIS 認可的實驗室測試或in-house 測試
- 向 BIS 取證並付款
- 授予許可
